Refund Policy – Future Prosperity Group

At Future Prosperity Group, we stand behind our work with a bold promise:

If we don’t achieve any negative item deletions within 35 days of your service start date, we will refund 100% of your service fees paid to date — excluding the non-refundable document processing fee.

This policy is designed to be simple, fair, and transparent for both you and us.


1. What the Guarantee Covers:

Our 35-Day Results Guarantee applies when:

You have been enrolled as a client for 35 consecutive calendar days (counting from your official Service Start Date), and

We have not achieved any deletion of a negative, inaccurate, or unverifiable item from at least one of your credit reports (Equifax, Experian, or TransUnion).


2. Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for a refund under this policy, all of the following must be true:

No Deletions Achieved

No negative, inaccurate, or unverifiable items were removed from your credit report during the 35-day period.

No Prior Credit Repair in 24 Months

You have not used any other credit-repair or credit-consulting service, nor attempted self-disputes, within two (2) years prior to your enrollment with us.

No New Negative Activity During Service

You have not incurred any new late payments, collections, charge-offs, repossessions, judgments, bankruptcies, or similar derogatory events during the 35-day period.

Required Credit Monitoring Maintained

You remained continuously enrolled in our approved credit monitoring service for the entire period.

Timely Submission of Updates

You provided all updated credit reports, bureau responses, and creditor letters to us within five (5) calendar days of receiving them.

Account in Good Standing

All service fees due have been paid in full, and you have not filed any payment disputes or chargebacks during the service period.


3. Definitions:

Service Start Date: The later of (a) completion of onboarding/intake or (b) receipt of your credit monitoring credentials and required documentation.

Negative Item: Late payment, collection, charge-off, bankruptcy, repossession, judgment, or other derogatory tradeline entry.

Deletion: Removal of a covered negative item from at least one major credit bureau report.


4. How to Request a Refund:

Email [your email address] with “Refund Request” in the subject line.

Include your full name, enrollment date, and supporting documentation.

Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after your 35-day guarantee period ends.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after verification of eligibility.


5. Important Notes:

The document processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

This guarantee applies only to the removal of negative items, not to specific credit score increases or financing approvals.

Results vary based on individual credit history, compliance with our program requirements, and timely client participation.


6. Compliance Statement:

Future Prosperity Group operates in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and applicable state laws.
